Most of what reaches a Polish building site passes through three margins before it arrives. We took out the one in the middle: NEGROCOMMERC buys on direct manufacturer accounts, warehouses it ourselves in Kraków, and sells it to the firms that actually fix it.
That only works if the range stays disciplined. We carry one hundred and twenty-five reference lines on this site, drawn from a live catalogue of over five thousand — but the depth sits in the decors and specifications that Polish contractors actually repeat, not in a long tail nobody orders twice. A merchant with four pallets of everything helps nobody; a merchant with four hundred pallets of the right thing closes out a tower.
The rest is logistics and paperwork, and both are where jobs usually go wrong. So we sequence deliveries against the programme, reserve batches for the length of it, and issue the declarations of performance as one pack at close-out rather than as forty loose PDFs.

How we work
Four rules we
do not bend.
They each cost us something. That is roughly the point.
Hold the batch
Calibre and decor drift between firings. Reserving a batch against a programme costs us warehouse space and saves the client a re-tile.
Sell the system, not the box
A board without the matching profile, screw and compound is not a fire-rated partition, whatever the certificate says. We ship the system or we say so.
Sequence the delivery
Material that arrives early is material that gets damaged. We hold it and release it against the programme, at no extra charge.

Every inbound pallet of tile and flooring is sampled against the batch and calibre on the label. It is a tedious job and it catches perhaps one delivery in forty — but that one delivery is otherwise a fitter opening box nine on a Friday afternoon and stopping work.
